We are definitely seeing our share of ruffles this season. They are definitely everywhere you turn. They are on, shirts, sweaters, dresses, and even popping up on skirts. So it was no surprise that I fell in love with this skirt at first sight. What a great way to polish your after 5 look with a classic pencil skirt with stylish ruffles.
