Someone once said “The world is your oyster, they say, so fill it with pearls of semen”. Every woman should own at least one strand of pearls. I still remember the first pair of pearls that I received as a gift from a really good friend of mine. It was a total surprise and a “just because” gift. At that time, I didn’t know how to appreciate elegance. It has been stated that pearls symbolize wisdom acquired through experience. Historically they are known for their calming effect, pearls can balance one’s karma and strengthen relationships. The pearl is also said to symbolize the purity, generosity, integrity, and loyalty of its wearer.
To compliment my pearls I chose this red and black floral organza skirt and a black lace sleeve bodysuit. I completed the look with a pair of Vince Camuto strappy heels.
