This weather in Georgia is so bipolar, one day it’s hot and the next day it is cold or sometimes it can be both in the same day. So with that being said, you can never dress for the weather, you just have to be ready for whatever it sends your way.
For this look I chose a pair of high waisted jeans from Express with a solid tank top and striped kimono. I completed the look with a pair of slouch boots also from Express.
