By now you may have figured out some of my favorite items, shirts with neckties and florals and both of them are here to stay. The necktie blouse also referred to as the pussybow blouse has been around since the 1970s and definitely are here to stay. I am a fan of florals because they are so versatile and easy to accessorize but you have to be careful not to overdo it.
For this look, I chose a blue floral skirt with light blue and white details. I paired it with a necktie blouse, tying the tie in a large bow. I completed the look with a pair of Christian Louboutin heels.
