I just can’t get enough of the puff sleeve style dresses. It is such an elegant look. It has The appearance of shoulder pads but it happens to be a classy elegant look. Express had several options in this style and I bought all of them (no judgment).
I love everything about this dress from the length, material, fit, style, seriously everything. I wouldn’t opt to wear this to work or church due to the length but anywhere else would be perfectly fine. This wine color is not as vibrant as I would have like for it to be so I paired it with a pair of block heel sandals to bring some color to the outfit.
