Pleated skirts are on my list of “must haves” this season. Accordion pleating creates a graceful sense of movement on maxi skirts. Rainbow-hued stripes electrify the look with eye-catching color. I found this beautiful eye catching skirt at New York an Company. It has an elastic waistband and a high slit up the front. I paired it with a white iff the shoulder shirt from Express. I didn’t want to overload the colors so I kept it subtle with white. I completed the look with a pair of of green sandals.
