Goodbye 2019

Time to say Goodbye to 2019. I’m always grateful for a new year. I won’t complain about 2019, just like any other year, there were good times and bad times but the good definitely outweighed the bad. Some things that happened definitely changed my life drastically, it almost broke me but God…

I understand that life is too short to wallow in self pity, things change, people change, and you just have to adjust. In 2020, I am definitely focusing more on The Serenity Prayer.

I’m walking in my purpose and realizing that everything happens for a reason and it will all happen in God’s timing. I often remind myself of: A Reason. A Season. A Lifetime. It can sometimes be painful but you know what they say, no pain, no gain. Some things aren’t meant for you to know the answer to.

I’m wishing prosperity to everyone reading this blog. May 2020 be the best year of your life. May you have your heart’s desire. May you fix whatever is broken and be the best you that you can be. Let 2020 be the year that you Leap out on Faith, set your goals and work so hard to achieve them. Don’t let anyone or anything stand in your way.

But most importantly, Be Kind, to everyone, you never know what someone may be going through. Kindness is free, it costs absolutely nothing and honestly, It’s okay to say, “I’m sorry,” “thank you,” and “please.” After all, the goal is to make it to heaven so a lot of things that I would have previously attacked, I’m no longer doing so because every issue doesn’t require my attention. It’s called growth, better late than never. It’s never too late, it’s never too late…

  1. Great post my friend! They say what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger. I believe that to be true but I wish I didn’t have to happen. My 2016 seemed to be a year of making me stronger. It was the worst year ever but since then each year has gotten better! I always remember that. I think it’s okay to complain as long as it doesn’t become a habit. Life is hard so it natural to be upset about some things. May 2020 be the best year of your life thus far. Continue to dress fabulous and inspire us ❤ God bless you!!
