The Perfect Coat

When I refer to something as “perfect”, I’m not using the word loosely. Not many things get this title so if you hear me say something is perfect, take it for what it’s worth. I happen to live in Georgia and although the weather isn’t perfect, it really doesn’t get cold here often. When it does get cold, it doesn’t last long. It is for this reason that I never owned a coat until this year. Now don’t get me wrong, I own many, many, jackets but never bothered to purchase a coat. Another reason being, I could never find one that I really like and didn’t want to spend that much money and then definitely won’t get many wears out of it down here in the south. All of that changed while shopping online and I came across this BEAUTIFUL pink wool trench coat. The picture doesn’t do this coat any justice. This classic trench coat will keep you cozy in style for seasons to come. Not only was this coat the perfect fit and style for me, it was pink so it was definitely the perfect color.

For this look, I chose to wear a pair of distressed jeans from Express, of course, as I have mentioned before, these are my all time favorite brand of jeans. I paired the jeans with a white tank top and Christian Louboutin heels. Now back to this oh so perfect coat, it is double breated with nice large black buttons, slanted pockets, and a belt that ties around the waist. I purchased the coat on sale for over 50% off, now it doesn’t get any more perfect than that.
