Sometimes you gotta know when to stop and when to go. The green light is the perfect time to go. I’m not necessarily referring to traffic lights but the light that ignites inside of you when it’s time to make a move.
This can be a professional move. If you feel stagnant at your present job then the green light is telling you that it is time to make a move. Start applying for promotions or make the leap to leave your current company or organization altogether. Sometimes you just need that extra push. If you have been unhappy with your current role then it’s okay to venture out. Sometimes we stay out of fear of the unknown and tolerate more bs than you need to. It has been said that people leave people, not companies. So if you have a not so good relationship with your manager and don’t foresee it getting any better then start opening doors. You never know what’s on the other side of that door unless you open it.
If that green light is for you then wait no longer, take the trip, start the new business adventure, start the new career change, start the blog, enroll in school. Don’t let fear stop you. Whatever it is that you have been putting off, go for it and if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again and again and again. It’s okay, it truly is, contrary to what you believe. Don’t worry what anyone will think, it’s all about you so do what makes you happy. You can love what you do but if the environment is unhealthy, it’s time to make some changes.
God is on my side. The LORD is for me; I will not fear; what can man do to me? (Psalm 118:6).
If things are not going well on a personal level for you, you’re not alone, I have sometimes felt that my back was against the wall. It seems like no one listens and no one cares but ultimately you have to do what is in the best interest for you. Sometimes you have to put everything else aside and have a selfish moment. It’s okay to make decisions that will ultimately affect your life for the better.
Although the light is green, before making any decisions, you gotta pray. Pray and wait on God to give you the answer that you are looking for. He will give you your heart’s desire.

Good morning! This is such an inspiring post. I was wondering where you were, lol! I needed a hiatus from social media. Just got tired of posting, finding quotes, trying to get new followers etc. Hopefully soon my joy of posting will come back. I’m in my mode now of starting new things and venturing out. You’re welcome. Stay authentic to your true self and the followers will come. I know you have two accounts but I closed my personal IG and only have one acct and most of my followers came to the one tht I kept open. Managing 2 accts can be overwhelming.
