February 2, 2018 was National Wear Red for Heart Awareness Day. The first Friday of February has been designated by the awareness campaign, Heart Truth, as National Wear Red Day ® in the United States. On this day, men and women are encouraged to wear red as a symbol of their support of women’s heart health and this is how I chose to make my contribution to support this cause.
I chose the wide ribbed cowl neck sweater designed to swing around the body as you walk. I paired the dress with a pair of argyle tights to add some life to it. This red and gray pattern complimented the dress nicely. I completed the look with a pair of Frye boots. Oh how I love these boots. They are the answer to any casual comfort look that you are trying to create. When I say comfortable, I mean just that, they are worth every penny that I spent on them and boy oh boy, they definitely costed a pretty penny lol.
