“For we walk by faith, not by sight .”(2 Corinthians 5:7).
Those words seem simple enough but sometimes it’s easier said than done. I am learning that simple concept, can be a much tougher assignment. It requires tremendous courage, determination, and strength. You must be willing to be misunderstood and even abandoned. You must be willing to give up any semblance of control of your life that you thought you might have.
Walking by faith and not by sight requires you to go to a place you do not know, one that God will reveal as you walk in obedience. Sometimes your plan may not be the same as God’s plan but you have to trust him and keep the faith.
We all experience hardships but you have to remain faithful as God will not place more on you than you can bare. Trust me, tough times don’t last but tough people do. I’m thankful for my growth but I realize that HE is not through with me yet.
